colton house is clean - quiet, and full of thoughtful touches in the rooms. it's located in a developing area with lots of nearby food and shopping options. the staff is friendly and helpful - always available except for one time when someone was in an office down the hall. the pool and gym are great, and there's a cafe and bar on site for breakfast and drinks.

Colton House was absolutely lovely and restful, making it my new favorite getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was top-notch. The coffee shop, outside deck area, and pool were relaxing and beautiful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was cozy and stylish. The kitchenette area was well-stocked for extended stays, and the bathroom was lovely. The entire hotel was tastefully decorated and designed to make you want to linger just a little longer. I absolutely loved it!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a contemporary decor and constant maintenance to ensure it looks nice. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with great facilities. The cafe and bar are great, and the outdoor patio and pool are gorgeous. The gym is spacious and the hotel has a lovely coffee shop and library style seating area.

Perfect location near downtown and South Congress but away from the hustle and bustle. Impeccable decor, each room feels like its own cozy apartment. The Simona is a beautiful cocktail spot. The pool area is inviting. The front desk staff goes above and beyond. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The kitchenette with a full-size fridge is a great bonus for families. The lobby is large and lovely with a curated selection of exceptional local goods. The common space is cozy and welcoming with a conference room/library. The outdoor space is great. The room itself is jaw-dropping. Security is provided. The ambiance is fantastic.

Stayed for 7 nights in this gorgeous place, thoroughly enjoyed that. The property's location was marvellous and quiet, in an outdoor area. And it was also so close to downtown and South Congress, great restaurants on Congress Avenue, shops and bars, and Congress Avenue, shops and bars. The room was contemporary & reasonably large with a great view and super comfy beds, for instance. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were nice.

My stay was nice for a weekend. The staff were super-friendly and incredibly nice, with extra attention to the details.

The setting was poor.

Traveled with my son, overall the hotel was incredibly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable. My room had an extremely comfy bed and a great view. I enjoyed that it had marvellous and absolutely perfect location in an outdoor area.

The hotel was fairly clean with accommodating staff, it was a convenient base for one night. The location for Austin was marvellous, so close to restaurants, California and shops.

I booked pet-friendly and stylish room with 3 bedrooms and a great view and kitchen. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator were provided if needed. The hotel was in a peaceful location next to restaurants the neighborhood is known for and downtown and South Congress. South Austin district was worth staying in.

coffee and so many space in the room and the extremely comfy bed. location right by austin and congress avenue, shops and bars. for shots visit lucy's fried chicken, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Kind of rude staff!

Great location for visiting eateries and bars. Top-notch restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was close enough to great restaurants on Congress Avenue, shops and bars and shops and restaurants and downtown and South Congress. The employees of the property were pleasant and welcoming.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen with a full-size coffee pot. The bathroom was beautiful and the decor throughout the hotel was stunning. Maurice at the front desk was a lifesaver - he went above and beyond to assist me and my tired family with our needs. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend it.
